This can be particularly true if alcohol is involved. I've cultivated a few friends that I'm content to sit at home with and have a glass of wine, and that's super-cheap entertainment!Robyn Davis Sekulahttp://www.robyndavissekula.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-615490013609764120.post-7267233526730557692010-05-09T00:33:25.551-04:002010-05-09T00:33:25.551-04:00The Money to Burn friend is a great one to hang ar...The Money to Burn friend is a great one to hang around when you are broke. It IS hard, though, and it can lead to misunderstanding if people think you're just blowing them off. The only insurance against this is to be totally up front.Jerryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02297947643006068426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-615490013609764120.post-6449533532276010262010-05-07T10:40:47.033-04:002010-05-07T10:40:47.033-04:00You make a point that seems to be a part of human ...You make a point that seems to be a part of human mindset: whether we want to or not, we tend to become like those we associate with. Have you ever seen the photos of people who look like their dogs? Well...maybe that is going too far.

But we do need to be very deliberate about staying on our own spending plans no matter who we are hanging out with.Joe Plemonhttp://www.personalfinancebythebook.comnoreply@blogger.com
