For furniture include ALL the dimensions. If I am looking at sofas I need to know length, width, and depth. If I am looking at beds, I want to know how high is that headboard AND foot board. Same for TV stands, tables, entertainment centers, etc. etc. etc. (This is my pet peeve -- no dimensions!)

I love craigslist. The past few times I have tried to sell bigger items on Ebay, a scammer bought it (twice for the same item). Using craigslist, the scammers are easier to find (deal locally- simple). I also love negotiating via email as it saves me tons of time on the phone.
