My realtor called me last night to let me know my offer has been accepted! Now, I need to setup a property inspection and termite inspection. I am out of town on business until Monday and we are scheduled to close on next Friday so things will be moving pretty quickly.
I'm off to my meeting, I'll post more details as they happen.
